1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and ph53 ("ph53," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph53 online gaming platform, including the website at ph53.xyz, the ph53 mobile application, and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through ph53, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2 Eligibility & Age Requirements
Access to and use of the ph53 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations, ph53 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all registered players. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies without exception.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) registering for personal, non-commercial use.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph53, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ph53 Platform for any reason.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
ph53 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. This may include a government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified to ph53's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during the unverified period may be withheld.
3 Account Registration & Security
To access the full features of the ph53 Platform, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on ph53. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.1 Registration Information
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph53 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
- Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
- Never share your login credentials with any other person.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
- Notify ph53 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
ph53 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify ph53 of a security breach.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
ph53 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time ph53 deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ph53 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph53 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. ph53 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your ph53 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ph53 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph53 bears no responsibility.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff. ph53 charges zero fees on all withdrawals.
ph53 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected, withdrawals may be delayed pending investigation.
4.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ph53 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fees are applied. Dormancy fees will not reduce your account balance below zero.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
ph53 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
5.1 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph53 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
- ph53 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if it suspects abuse, technical errors, or fraudulent activity.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
ph53 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, and placing low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
6 Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on the ph53 Platform — including live casino games, online slots, bingo, and all other game types — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
6.1 Random Number Generation
All ph53 games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. ph53 publishes Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games so that players can make informed decisions.
6.2 Live Casino Games
Live casino games are conducted by real human dealers in real time via video stream. 7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph53 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
- Money Laundering: Using ph53 to launder money or to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity. ph53 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino or multiplayer game formats.
- Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
- Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds on ph53.
- Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to access, modify, or exploit the Platform's software, servers, or databases without authorization.
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one ph53 account, whether for personal use or to circumvent restrictions, bans, or bonus limitations.
- Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

9 Intellectual Property
All content on the ph53 Platform — including but not limited to the ph53 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph53 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph53 content without prior written consent.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ph53 content.

10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph53 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or game errors.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
- Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ph53's reasonable control.
- Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform.
In no event shall ph53's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph53 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11 Privacy & Data Protection
ph53 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
ph53 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations, and improving the Platform experience. 12 Account Suspension & Termination
ph53 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior directed at ph53 staff or other players.
- Regulatory requirements or instructions from Philippine gaming authorities.
Upon termination for cause, ph53 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Upon voluntary account closure by the player (where no breach has occurred), any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of any pending KYC requirements.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph53 support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
13 Amendments to These Terms
ph53 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph53 will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the ph53 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. ph53 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it regularly.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact ph53 support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ph53 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the issue.
14.2 Formal Disputes
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts and any claim that such courts are an inconvenient forum.
14.3 Regulatory Complaints
If you believe ph53 has acted in violation of applicable Philippine gaming regulations, you may file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through their official channels. ph53 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR regulatory inquiries and investigations.
